Interpretation and limits
Compare records taken under similar conditions. A numerical change does not establish a change in disease risk.
Aerobic and strength domains show coverage of the CDC adult activity targets. They do not combine into an overall health score. Adapt activity to your ability and medical circumstances.
Blood pressure categories use both adult systolic and diastolic values and the higher applicable category. A single reading does not diagnose hypertension. Resting heart rate is recorded without a universal wellness score.
No biological-age years, survival probabilities or overall health score are calculated. Domain scores, where shown, describe progress toward an explicit guideline target. They are not calibrated risk predictions.
Sources and calculation details
Checked October 3, 2026. Absolute change is latest minus earlier. Percentage change divides by the absolute earlier value and is omitted for zero baselines. Activity uses moderate minutes plus twice vigorous minutes, divided by 150; strength uses days divided by two. Displayed target coverage is capped at 100% without implying extra activity lacks benefit. Dates describe records, not annualized rates.
